I read
The Shack a few weeks ago and I am working through the Chronicles of Narnia. I loved reading before kids and have really enjoyed getting back into some fiction. I suppose I needed a break from the self-help, how to raise your children books. I do need to read Love and Respect soon though. John is reading that now.
Lady's reading has improved so much and I think I can venture to say that she would admit that she likes it,too. She did write "I (heart) school" on a paper this week! Woohoo!
I guess you could say that lately we're devouring books...

too funny! My youngest just loves flipping. I had the Narnia series read to me in 3rd grade and absolutely loved every second of it! I can't wait to read them with my 5 yr old, once he can get past "not enough pictures"!

ReplyDeleteBTW - I have had such awesome experiences with Hooked on Phonics that I just purchased Hooked on Handwriting and Hooked on Spanish. :) I'll let you know how it goes. Jess
